"To know Jesus and make Jesus known" might sound too simple. But we believe this vision encompasses all we are called to be as followers of Jesus. We know Jesus on a personal level as we are in a daily relationship with him. We know Jesus as a corporate body when we gather in worship, study, and service. We make Jesus known through our words and deeds, both as individuals and corporately as a church. This mission is for every disciple who calls this church their home, and for our church as a whole as we live out God's call for us here in Long Beach and beyond.
Our mission is to engage, equip, and empower people to know Jesus and make Jesus known. We engage with one another and with Jesus as we worship, study, and live in community with one another. We equip people in their faith through discipleship and service. We believe there are always next steps of faith and spiritual growth, no matter how long we've been following Jesus. Through the work of the Holy Spirit we are empowered to serve Jesus, our neighbors, and our community.
