Youth Group

Youth Group is for students in 7th - 12th grades. Students from schools all across the coast participate in our youth group, and we love having new students join us! Everyone is always welcome and we love it when you invite new friends! Adult volunteers come alongside our students as guides and mentors as we grow in faith together. Come explore what it means to know Jesus as a student in today's world!

Youth group meets for fun, community, and Biblical teaching in Heritage Hall at First Methodist Church on Sunday nights.  We play games, gather in large and small groups and share dinner together.

Our youth group typically takes two trips each year. This year we went on a fall retreat with other youth groups in Madison, Mississippi. Over the summer we went to M28 Camp  In Lake Junaluska, North Carolina. Camps and Retreats help us grow in faith and build relationships with peers and trusted adults.

Drop off for Youth Group is at Heritage Hall - it's the building with the mosaic cross painted on the door.
Because we end our night eating dinner in the fellowship space together, pick up is at the Christian Life Center door on the parking lot side of the church.
