You are always welcome at First Methodist Church Long Beach and there's no better Sunday than Easter Sunday to worship with us! It's the biggest Sunday of the year. We have two worship services and a morning of memorable activities.

We preach sermons that help us know Jesus and make Jesus known. We believe the story of Jesus and his teachings are given to us through the writers of the Bible as they were inspired by the Holy Spirit. We approach the Bible with humility and strive to be lead by the Holy Spirit as we teach each week. Our sermons are organized in series. In some series we follow a book of the Bible and in others we explore topics that are particular to our next steps in faith. Our teaching is faithful to the story of Jesus and offers practical connections to our everyday lives.
